Just wondering if anybody has confront same problems? I removed Air Injection System to my wife's bike couple of days a go (T100 -03) and performed a testdrive almost maximum rounds... The result was oil leak on right side cylinders head! Heads gasket must changed but what was the reason of that leak? Higher compression or loosen headbolts? I have made same mod to my own bike tree years ago No Problems...

I can't imagine that removing the AI, in and of itself, would have anything to do with this.

Where, exactly, is the leak? Can you give us a pic? I'm with merlin on this one, can't see how removing the AI would cause a head gasket oil leak.

The leak is right side the bike between cylinder and head... Slow speeds / revs is not leakin so much but when you put revs high (over 5000) a while oil will come very stong...
I'm thinking too that there is no connect between removed AI and this leak... Just unlucky accident :???:

need to see a picture to diagnose, but sounds like it could be weeping from the valve cover gasket, or leaking from one of the oil lines in the head, both are relatively common and easy fixes. I don't think a head gasket would leak oil, even if it was blown.

Unfortunately I have no change the put pictures at moment...
Anyway I'm sure that leakin' is between block and cylinder head... Not under valve cover gasket or the oillines in the head... The reason why is mysterios to me. Thanks to all anyway.... More comments are wellcome offcause!
