Has anybody removed the baffles on the T-Bike Pipes? I am curious as to how it sounds. I imagine that it is way too loud, but still curious none the less.

I don't know around your parts but they (cops) have been doling out 250.00 fines. Some bikes come down the tree lined streets and the sound expulsion knocks the branches off the trees.LOL I've tried it,about like being in a Ford wind tunnel. :-D

Looks like the have a screw in the bottom of the pipe. Remove the screw and slide out the baffle I would think.

Yeah as Erwin said. Although mine also needed the 2 bolts that hold the hanger on to be removed too. I never quite understood that because looking in there i see no reason why they should need to come out. They don't screw into the baffle or block it in any way as far as i could tell. But it wouldn't budge till i did. They can be a biotch to remove too because the carbon keeps them from moving easily. I used a tom of WD40 to loosen them up and grabbed the end with vise grips and pulled and turned. It can be a pain sometimes. Other times they've come out relitively easily.

So i could pack them more to quiet them. The packable area is only about a foot long. But i figured i could pack the rest too and did. It got about 20% quieter and didn't seem to lose any power in the process.
