Just get yourself some shorter shock's for the rear, loosen the upper and lower yoke on the frontend and allow the fork's to slide up through the tope yoke about 10mm.

Look for maybe -20 to -30mm shorter shock's for the rear.

Use caution when parking the bike on the side stand, you may need to modify it a little...

I modified my side stand a bit by heating it up with a torch and putting a bit of a bend in it. You can even double bend it so the little foot sits flat on the ground. A little black paint and you can't tell. The center stand is another issue. It just takes a bit too much effort to get it on it and the back tire sits pretty high. I think I need to cut off about an inch and re weld the feet back on.

Felix, if you do a search on my name, my posts were almost all about lowering my Bonnie. I also wanted to lower mine by 1 1/2 inches, got the new shocks and lowered the forks, but only got a 3/4 inch lowering with all that.
