So i just bought this bike at a estate sale...want to flip it, and trying to get a price for it. Here is a brief discription...

It looks to be a 1972 Triumph. At least the title says so. The engine is a 1972 Triumph unit construction twin 650 with single carb on Savior Amen frame with hex oil tank, Harley fat bob/ shovel head fuel tanks (2 piece) ,16" rear wheel laced on honda hub, 21" front with honda hub and 6" over tube front with Z handlebars. Bike hase a big two person seat. It is rough, but for 200 i could have the frame and tank repainted and it would look mint. Bike runs. Any ideas guys? It is a seriously 70's bike, all orginal been sitting in a shed for about 20's. whats a resonable price? I can find NOTHING like it on ebay. any help taken.

Amen Savior rolling chassis going for about $2K in pristine condition (doubtful the guy will get this, but who knows). '72 650 single carb (unless converted) came off a Tiger. With 20 years of static on it, I'm guess a complete rebuild .... maybe $400. Wheels probably need rebuilding and forks may be bent. I'm guessing $1.5-2K. Spend a little to test waters. Throw it on Ebay for a buck with an abnormally high reserve (no intention to sell, just a "global appraisal" if you will). The "appraisal" may be worth the listing fee.

Just my .02

Regards,

Tom

That Amen frame was popular around 75-80. Everything I see on the bike says that. Started out with a single carb engine. If I was interested I wouldn't pay over a thousand for it.
