Nzbiker Senior Member 250 Grand Prix Favorite Bike: 2006 Triumph T100 Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: NEW ZEALAND Posts: 120 Other Motorcycle: 1968 Triumph Bonneville Extra Motorcycle: 1972 Suzuki T500	Anyone running Castrol R4 superbike fully synthetic oil? Castrol recommend this for our Triumphs but its 5w/40 weight and Triumph recommend 15w/50 It does meet the API SG and exceeds JSO MA specification Not sure if I should put this in my bike __________________ John New Plymouth New Zealand
