I'd paint the plug connection black, ditch the reflectors, and maybe get some smaller turn signals. Good looking bike, I like the headlight shield.

well, you know what they say about opinions, but since you asked...I think your gaiters have too many pleats. Same trap many of us fell into. I finally was satisfied with my third...the euro gaiters.

Good looking bike.
Like Stinebitz said, those pleats look flimsy. You'll love the Euro Gaitors. I've had them 3 years and they're holding up well and they just look right.
More votes for a quick AI removal, reflectors off and then trim that rear fender.
Oh, and even before all of this, remove that cheeseball sticker on the tank.
And don't forget to post some more pics as it evolves and becomes "yours."
