I'm not sure, but I think that "St. James" is pulling even harder with the addition of the larger (about 1/3rd), wider K&N cones over the smaller BellaCorse cone filters that came with my ARK kit? My Ole' Man rode it and without telling him my POV (as not to tarnish his seat-dyno) on the new filters, he too said it seems to be sucking more air/harder acceleration? Could it really make that much difference? The bike put out almost 63 hp at the wheels with the smaller BC filters...I wonder if it would be worth the $ to see what kind of gains I may have gotten with the new K&Ns?? Anyone think I'm crazy...

They are bigger...More air...More power?

I don't know about filter size but getting rid of that air box sure was the best performance boost I have ever done. She really does come alive especially from half to full throttle! That's when you can really hear that twin sucking the air in. I swear my forks get fully extended on hard acceleration and I'm running a 19T!

+1. I pretty much get wood when I hear that thing suck and feel it hit that mid range power.
