bring your drinking shoes!

It's going to be a warm one. I went last year, but only stayed an afternoon. Those TX59 guys were knocking some back bigtime!

I'm taking Thurs/Fri off to rebuild my motor, if I can get it running, tested, and broken in I may head out there.

Actually, the weather is looking good. High of 81, low of 61!
Better break that puppy in before you travel too far, but hope to see you there.

For anyone going Sunday morning:

Here's a map of the route with text details. We need to be in New Ulm near 10:30am, so we should leave Manor by 8:30am. Bikes are judged around 10:30am, and they probably pack up by noon.

The website said $10 for Saturday, but no price for Sunday. So there may not be a charge. I'd bring $10 just in case.

Meet at the 290 Cafe in Manor.
The route is just under 100 miles.

Directions/Name
Get on Blake Manor Rd and drive southeast
Turn right onto Burleson-Manor Rd
OldWebbervilleR
Keep left onto Hwy 969
Hwy21W
Turn left onto Hwy 21 E
Turn left onto Hwy 304
Get on Hwy 304 and drive southeast
Get on Hwy 2571 and drive east
Turn right onto Hwy 95
Get on Hwy 153 and drive east
Turn right onto US 77
Get on Post Oak Rd and drive southeast
Turn right onto Hwy 2145
Get on Hwy 2981 and drive east
Turn left onto Hwy 159
Get on Hwy 159 and drive southeast
Turn right onto Hwy 1291
Get on Hwy 1291 and drive east
Get on Hwy 109 and drive east
Turn left onto Taylor St
Total Distance 95.4 mi

I am looking forward to the ride. That is an area I have yet to explore on the Bonnie.

Myself and a friend from Odessa will be there Friday about noon. I have been going for the last 13 or so years. Always a good time.
