Anyone know of an aftermarket "frenched" headlight rim that will work in place of the stocker?

Frenched refers to an old customizing technique where the headlight is recessed into the fender of the car. In a motorcycle application it is simply an extended rim that mimics an inset headlight. You can look at any aftermarket catalogue like JP Cycles and see a Harley application for a better idea of what I'm trying to describe.
