This goes along with HacksawsGarage comment from earlier.
I place an order on 5/4. I have still received no shipping confirmation. I had a major spring problem and wanted to get few questions answered about the Hagon Classics.
Called and emailed an return contact yet. Granted, it hasn't been about 24 hours on the phone/email, but it has been over a week since the order was placed.
Does anyone know if everything is alright over there?

ha! - sounds like typcial customer service from him. no worries ... he'll proabaly answer your post here. He seems to spend more time on this forum (goof'n off) than he does paying attention to his customer's emails.

I placed an order on 5/4 also. He replied an 5/9 and said the item was back-ordered. I asked to cancel it, and he said no problem. The only problem is that he has not refunded my PayPal payment!
Come on Michael, I'm sure you are a good guy and honest and all, but you can't run a business like this. Please try to be more responsive, or hire someone that can be.

In the same boat... Placed an order may 4. Haven't received shipping confirmation. Called and left message. No email, no call. I'd just really like to know what's up, either way. I don't mind if it's back ordered, I just would like to know.
I assume positive intent and hope everything's alright over there.

Hehe, if it is any consolation, that's the same treatment I get from all three of the well known US triumph vendors. Perhaps I'm just use to the treatment I get from other online vendors (i.e. newegg, etc...) so my expectations are high. Eventually (I'm talking several weeks) I get a part, but normally it seems all orders have to be followed up with a call or email.
There may be an opening for yet another US triumph specific vender if someone was so inclined...

Maybe he is having a life? The question is I suppose what is a reasonable time for a business to respond to an order? Maybe they should state on their website to expect a response within a certain time period.

*****, should have read this thread yesterday before I placed an order with BC. Oh well...hopefully he will have my parts in stock and send them along in a timely fashion.

Gents, Keep in mind that neither Brent or Mike have a "staff" to take orders, package boxes for shipping, take boxes to UPS, etc. They both run a 1-man operation.
Most of us know this going in.
If buying parts and accessories from NewBonnie or Bella Corse doesn't suit your fancy, take your business somewhere else (oh, wait.. now that I think about it, there aren't a lot of other Bonnie parts vendors out there..).
In the 6 years that Bonnies have been back on the market, these two lads have been a great source for parts and accessories. Where would we be w/o 'em?.. riding stock Bonnies with TORs, would be my guess..
I guess patience comes with age..

The last order I placed at BellaCorse was a great experience. My order wasn't in stock, but Mike emailed me the next day to let me know that. I have no complaints.
You can always order from Bonneville Performance. Every email or order I have placed I have had a response from Bill in a couple of hours. Bill is a super nice guy and really has his ****t together when it comes to business and customer service. He treats his customers the way he would want to be treated.
