I just saw a retro Fulmer helmet at their site: checked racing stripe front to back and union jacks on each side. Looks cool; alas, only a visor and no shield.

It's not shown in the picture, but the description says it comes with a three-snap bubble visor as well as the little peak thing (they call that a "ram air" visor).

It won't offer the protection of a full face, but it'll keep at least some of the bugs off.

These:

are available almost anywhere for $15 - $20, in clear or smoke. I've used 'em in the rain and they do the job.

I'm going to turn one into a flyscreen.

I bought the same type decal on Ebay and put one on front and back of my helmet.

I just bought one of these, I like it. Good fit, nice finish and only $70. Looks good with my Nannini goggles.

Nathan' post reminds me of one of life's truths: the real difference between boogers and brocolli is that kids won't eat brocolli.
But hey, twstm, can a shield be snapped on in place of the visor?

I would think so, it has the standard spaced three snaps across the front.
