the new 865's dont need a re-jet just for TORs, so dealers being the way they are, I'd bet they are untouched. If youget bored in the future or want something to do, you could put 115 mains in for better performance, but they are not neccesary

Is this true? If not what should they be changed to?
Thanks

I just had the TORs put on when I had the bike in for it's 500mi service. It's an 07 T100 (865cc). I was talking with the mechanic as he was performing the service and he told me that the stock jets in my bike were 112s. He also noted that he's seen 110s and 115s as stock jets.
He put in 120s, but also noted that if it had 115s he would have left those in. I hope this info helps answer your question.
Cheers!

120 main jets is a little rich unless you also install a freer-breathing air filter like the K&N or Uni. If you just have TORS and no other changes, you may want to drop down to 118s. My suggestion would be to remove the snorkel and install either the Norman Hyde or new Jenks Bellmouth, up the main jets to 122s or 125s, put one shim under the needles, and put in a K&N air filter. I've got Norman Hyde Classics, which may be a bit freer-flowing than the TORS, K&N filter, one shim per needle, and I just removed the snorkel and installed the new Jenks velocity stack (bellmouth with mesh), at the same time changing from 120 main jets to 125s. I may need to drop down to 122s, but time will tell. I also changed from 2.5 turns out on the idle mix screw to 3.0. I did everything but the snorkel/velocity stack two years ago, and it wasn't until I opened up the breathing with that modification that the performance noticeably improved. Now it's quite an impressive bike.

It's true. 110's are the stock jets, and it you put ONLY TOR's on, you don't need to rejet.
I have TOR's, a Uni filter, a rubber bellmouth, no restrictor plate, and a shim on each needle....and I went down from 120's to 118's.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I though standard practice with TORS, assuming no other changes, was to jet to 115s, in part because the bike is already so lean with the stock 110s. I'd not heard of this idea of installing TORS and not rejetting from 110s??

I just bought a new 07 Bonnie, and had the dealer install TOR's before delivering the bike. They told me the stock jets were 110, and that the TOR's were supplied with 115 jets. The dealer (Reno NV) also said the 865 motor (which comes on all 07 Bonnies) doesn't need re-jetting with the TOR's, but the 790 motors do need the 115 jets.
So I've currently got TOR's and the stock jets, which should be 110. The bike popped and backfired a little, until I removed the AI. It now runs good, and while it might be a bit lean, I'm riding at 4000 feet which favors the lean jetting.
I'll eventually re-jet when I upgrade the air intake (high flow filter and bell-mouth in lieu of snorkel).

Maybe it depends upon your country.
My factory workshop manual specifies 120's as stock for Scrambler, but others on the forum say 115. The TORs here do not come with jets, and indeed did not require such, so maybe the Australian bikes are jetted richer ?
I haven't been motivated enough to have a look at the jets.
Cheers

I ran the TORS with 110's for about 2 weeks and would get some popping. I just rejetted to the supplied 115's and eliminated the AI and Snorkel. No popping at all and everything seems great.

When the Bonnie was first introduced in 2001, some early verisons actually came with 105's...but were later switched to 110's. Since there was only one engine, the TOR's were set-up for the 790's, and came with 115's. However, when the 865 Thrux came out, they also came with new needles which changed the jetting just a tad. That's why Thrux TOR's do not come with additional jets, and you don't have to put the 115's in the 865 Bonnies.
Basically, the 115's are meant for the 790's, but they won't hurt to put them in the 865's.
