Any further developments on the subject of Thruxton pipes on a T100? I have an '02 T100 and have a vested interest in this conversation.

For me it was a direct bolt on, headers came off a 04 Thruxton.. The cans are D&D for a Thruxton.. John, had to put a flat washer under his right peg mount to space it out a small amount.. If you look on the right side where the spring connects for the break pedal, that is what John had a issue with.. Hope this helps!! If anyone needs some close up pic, send me a PM...

Yes the thruxton pipes bolt right on a T100 or bonnie. Mine had a slight clearance issue with the little bracket for the pedal return spring - I could have filed a 1/16" off - but opted for a washer behind the foot peg mount.
Here is were it's tight.

Thruxton system with Thrux TORS.

Commando: Just the mufflers. I figured at most, I'd have to bend it slightly with a torch.

Thrux-Ton-Up: Thanks so much for the info. That close up is incredibly helpful.

Thanks to everyone for the info. Will post pics when I get them on.

Cheers!

The Thrux cans will fit your bonnie headers without any mods. Its direct bolt-on.
