I suggest looking for a place that does "performance coatings". They will be able to do powder coatings and ceramic coatings as well as chrome along with a number of other performance coatings. They will be used to doing smaller jobs for the Hot Rod crowd as well as larger jobs (whole car frames). Their prices may not be any better; however, they should know what they are doing and do you a good job. The fenders are not an easy job--they are very thin and flexible. After paint removal, they have to be highly polished for the chrome plating process, and the polishing task can be very time consuming because of the thin metal (can't use big buffers and lots of pressure easily). :-D
