Hi all, just wanted to say hello and say how glad I am to be here! I've had a hankerin' for a new 07 bonny black so I should be on the road in a couple of weeks when it's all put together.
I was searching for a centrestand for it and looked at newbonneville and bellacorse but couldn't find anything. Any suggestions? Or are they just to low for one?
Thanks and hopefully see you on the road! :-D

Welcome aboard! Don't take us nearly as seriously as we sometimes take ourselves.
IMHO, you need to get your Triumph dealer to order you the centerstand--I know of no aftermarket supply of this part. I highly recommend the centerstand for routine maintenance; however, I have always had one on my bikes so I may just be set in my ways. :-D

Hi Svarkik, well done on your choice. I agree that Triumph is the best place to go for a part like a centre stand. I miss having one of both my bikes, it makes a real difference, even just cleaning the wheels, checking chain tension, parking in a tight space etc.

You make a good point. Those of us who recommend a center stand talk about chain maintenance, etc, etc, but one of the most useful reasons to have one is to be able to easily spin the back wheel and wipe the crud off it after a ride, without having to put the bike on a lift, or similar device.

madss.com has them. Try looking at their Triumph catalog.

I dunno if it's the same in the states, but I negotiated my centre stand into the purchase price with my dealer as a freebie.
Maybe it's not to late to ask.

I have a Triumph center-stand on my T100. Hardly windup using it though. It's scraped in the turns a few times and can bounce a bit on bumpy roads which is sure to freak out your passengers. It does make washing the rear spokes out easier tho. All in all had I not gotten it I dont think I would miss it.
