Hi guys,

This is my first post here. I recently bought my first bike, an '06 Speedmaster, and I love it. On my way to work today, my right turn signal went out (both the signal and the indicator light on the tank). It also makes a buzzing noise. Is there a quick fix for this, or do I need to bring it back to the dealer?

Thanks.

New developement.

On my way home from work, the lights started working again. Could it be a short? Has anyone else experienced this?

It could have been a short, but what was making the buzzing noise? If it happens again, I'd take a visit to your dealer and have them check it out.

No I didn't just wash it, though I need to. It looks like I'll be bringing her to the dealer. Thanks for the feedback guys.

Make sure you let us know what the problem was, so it's documented here for future use.

So eventually both right and left signals, the brake light, and the horn went out. I blew three fuses trying to fix it, and finally sent it back to the dealer. It turns out there was a bad connection in the right rear turn signal.

I had a similar problem and the pins/plug on the front left position of the handlebars were "menza menza". Hit it with a little spray lube, worked the plug on /off//on and all is good now . Erwin
