I've been to my local dealer to try the sixty8 seat, seems nice, but I may go for all black.

Not sure about the red cowl though :???:

Maybe not the red, but a black cowl with that sixty8 seat...now that would look good!!!

(slight thread-jack -- is that Pidcocks in Long Eaton? If so how do you rate them?)

My vote - keep your black black. If you get the 68 seat get the cowl to hide the ugly frame rails. Just my opinion......nice bike

Pidcocks at Long Eaton are very good, gave me a free Triumph cap, last time I was in because it was not listed in the latest accessories book. But this was not where the pictures were taken, I had a ride to 'Triumph World' in chesterfield as they seem to keep a few more things on the shelf. They had two of the sixty8 seats in stock (brown & grey top)

Hey, are those the Norman Hyde "Pea Shooters?" If so, I thought they only fit on the Thruxton...

Yes they are 'Norman Hyde' peashooters, they make a version for the Bonneville & Thruxton, very loud
I went to 'Norman Hyde's' shop to collect them, recommended, fitted straight on.

Yeah, sadly we don't have that luxury here in the States.
