Recently bought a new 2007 Bonnie T100. Owner's manual recommends lubing the chain every 200 miles. My Bonnie has no centerstand. Any tips on lubricating the chain without a centerstand?

You can lube some of the chain, then roll the bike and lube the rest.
BUT, I recommend you get a centre stand, it will be money well spent; I never owned a motorcycle that didn't have a centre stand.

Build a $20 bike lift out of 2X8s and an iron pipe.
Easy!

Before I installed a center stand, I would invite a buddy over for a beer and make him slowly walk the bike while I sprayed the chain.

Spray.
Roll Back.
Repeat.

Find a way to get the back wheel off the ground. That can be a center stand (which I recommend if you use your Bonnie to tour), a bike lift, a simple home made lift as others have suggested.

The Bonnie is the first bike I've owned (out of a total of 13) that didn't come stock with a center stand. So, in my case, the first accessory I installed was the stand.

If you have a floor jack, place a rag or block of wood on the lift and place it under the right side of the frame while the bike is on the side stand. Slowly lift the right side and pivot the bike on the side stand and the front tire. Only go far enough so the back tire is off the ground.
If no stand is available I have done this alone by pushing the bike on the the side stand with one hand and spraying the chain with the other. If a friend or spouse is around they can hold the bike leaned over for you on the side stand as you spray the chain.

After "rolling" the bike to lube the chain and having it fall over, I will be paying about $930 for repairs and a new centerstand. While I realize it was my own carelessness that the bike fell over, be warned that Bonnies do not fare well falling over off the sidestand! The shift peg broke off, the left turn signal broke, and the left headlight bracket bent. OUCH! On a Bonnie with only 1,000 miles on her, that HURT!!! I only wish I had invested the $240 for the centerstand when I got her. Expensive lesson.

In light of these events, I strongly recommend a centerstand.

I made something out of some sheet metal, two pieces of tubing and some leftover roller bearings after "stealing" this idea out of a catalog : roll the rear wheel upon the tool, put a block (pic) under the side stand and spin the wheel!

I'm really sorry that you dropped the bike. That's miserable.

You don't have to lube the chain every 200 miles. 500 is more reasonable, and that's more or less what I do.

PS I got the center stand not long after I bought the bike.
