Developing a small leak around the oil feed line bolt to the top of the cylinder head. Any suggestions? I haven't tried anything yet, not even re-tightening. Appears to be getting worse.

That maybe a brittle cam case cover gasket. If the bikes been stored somewhere cold for the winter or is maybe 3 years old or more.
Replace the gasket, but don't over tighten the cover, get a torque wrench and do it up in an opposing diagonal pattern to the right torque, doing each bolt up a little at a time slowly.
If you over tighten it in one place, your likely to warp the case and then it will leak for ever.
If it's still in warranty have a word with your dealer about it.

there are 2 copper washers on the banjo bolt that holds the oil line to the head. That's what seals it, they can become brittle.
Loosen the banjo bolt, and remove it from the head. Wrap a rag around the oil line because it will leak some oil out.
Take the 2 copper washers and heat them to red-freakin-hot, either on your stove or with a torch, hell even a cig lighter could work. Gas stoves work easiest. Once they're red-freakin-hot toss 'em in a glass of cool water. This will soften them up a bit.
Then reinstall, et voila! It should fix the leak!
No need to drain the oil or anything like that.
PS: You still have Air Injection?

Thanks for the tips. I think I'll try Sweat's suggestion first. Definitely appears to be leaking from that bolt.
Yes, AI still intact. Love the popping and blue headers. I'll probably remove it eventually, but not in any hurry.

Just adding to Sweats suggestion with the Oil feed line Banjo bolt, look up the Torque spec and use a Torque wrench so it's tightened correctly.
Everybody has their own thought of what is "tight". Best to use a torque wrench.

Tried heating the copper washers up and reinstalling, leaking even worse now! I swear the bolt hole going into the cylinder head looks oblong??? In the pic it would be the right side of the bolt hole that looks almost oval or tapered. Bolt seems to screw in ok however. I'm hesitant to take the bolt out of the other side to compare for fear of starting a leak there as well.
Also, torqued it to 30Nm per the shop manual and that really does not seem very tight at all. Definitely not what I would call tight.

D, contact Bill at Capitol Area Triumph...sounds silly but he could know something we do not. If nothing else they could hook you up with some new washers.
BTW...ty for your support in that other thread...

Trim, will do. I need to get the bike out to CAT for a tune-up anyway. I'm still hoping to do the Emmaus ride with you all but she's leaking quite a bit of oil now. I'll try to get it fixed by May 6th?
You're welcome. We'll find out what Mr Ed has to say. Anytime you want to take a ride to Harrisburg just let me know. Still have seen nothing on this in the local paper.

I bet some of that copper gasket sealer stuff would work, as long as it's high-temp.
