And also...do powdercoaters usually do sandblasting too??? whats that cost?

PM Thrux-Ton-Up - he knows a guy in the backwoods of the N. Ga mountains - ie: Waleska, Ga (Hwy 108/Hwy 140). The guy is well known with the local hotrodders - has a good rep an dgood pricing.

I've got that info from John. I'll forward it to you. I don't believe he is real close to you but supposedly he does Powdercoating for several large Car Clubs in the area and his prices are right.
