mz. modre whined when she felt insecure without something caressing her royal back..."I feel like I'll fall off..."...then howled like a banshee when I took the stock seat off to put the Enfield sprung solo seat..."where do I sit?...that's a stupid seat"...

so after some experimenting, I re-did the rack system to allow for a sprung Royal Highness perch...she loves me now.

the seat is from Tractor Supply intended for a compact tractor...and makes this the world's most comfortable T100 from her POV...for me, the forward pegs, and lowering the operator's pegs 2"...as well as mounting the sprung solo Royal Enfield seat 2 1/2" higher than stock make for a luscious knee angle...making miles and hours less chore and more along the lines of what I'm after in motorcycling.

now I know this may not be everyone's cup-o-tea...but function-wise, this is becoming a comfortable motorcycle....the wires in the front mount picture are for a heated jacket...and the windshield is a NC deflector screen...small enough to cut the wind, and puts a sweet spot right at my face...and life is good.

lowering the operator's pegs 2" is the good remedy for younz with knees.

don't let your wives see this seat unless you're either prepared to eat cold food and sleep on the couch, or see welding in your future...cause yes...it's that nice.

What can be said but...."Necessity is the mother of invention" Wow!!! Maybe the seats need to be reversed?

Wow. Function-wise, I'm sure it's great, and it looks like a solid bit of engineering, but I gotta say that aesthetically: Urgh.

I absolutely do applaud your ingenuity, though. Definitely some "out of the box" thinking going on there, and a unique solution to the problem.

the "ugly" seat comes off with 6 bolts and next project is a top rack when "she"'s not involved...so svelt and slythe commando looks are a motion away, yet a real solution to the wife "problem"...which is she's ready to quit before me...and the crank machine is begining to churn...slowly devouring the environment like a black hole until satiated.

Nothing, absolutely NOTHING could have done a better job of bringing a smile to my face! What 'completes' the package for me, are those cases.... perfect.

Hideous and I sincerly LOVE IT, honest!

you definitely have a homogeneous look going on there. Nice and utilitarian. Maybe some olive drab paint would round out the package nicely.

I dig it!

At that point, she either gets her own bike, or I Armor All the pillion portion.

Nothing says cafe racer like the words "intended for a compact tractor"!

I believe you have crossed over into a world of ugly that can only be described as beautiful :

Well done sir.
