Anyone have this set-up ?

If so, any pics?

I'm trying to decide if I want to do this or not, but I'd like to stick with my stock bars.

No pics but I used to have the Triumph Napolean bar end mirrors which just screw right into the stock handlebars without any modification required. Trust me they look many times better then the stock mirrors and they provide much better vision. With the stock mirrors I used to see more of my arms then what was behind me. The only down side is Triumph will charge you a s**t load for them.

I recently installed the Napoleon bar-ends on my stock bars. They are far superior to stock mickey-mouse elbow-watchers. Bought them at newbonneville.com, about 70 bucks for the pair. I don't have a pic, but you can see them there, and probably on a lot of bikes in the photo albums.

Installation was fairly straighforward after I realized you can't use the bolts that come with the mirrors if your bars have an insert into which the stock endcaps are screwed in. However, get yourself same size screws as endcap screws only longer, the right size washers, and you can bolt right into insert. I also cut a 1/4 inch off the rubber expander that comes with the mirrors and used it, and the mirrors are completely tight.

The mirrors offer a great rear view, they don't vibrate any more than the stockers, and they haven't moved under any circumstances (well, I suppose they'd move if I crashed the bike, but I don't think I'll try that).
