Last fall while removing the battery from my Scrambler,I noticed that one of the seat bolt tabs was pretty chewed up,so chewed up that the washer would not line up with the threads when the seat bolt was reinstalled. This stuck me kinda odd seeing it was a brand new bike, but I figured I would deal with it in the spring. So on Saturday I took the seat to the dealer here in Ottawa and pointed out the issue. The Service Manager looked at it and then brought it over to the Salesperson who sold me the bike, they had a 1 minute discussion and then the Service Manager returned and said "I'm going into the back and get you a brand new seat".He was gone for a total of two minutes and returned with a brand spanking new seat,no questions asked. He said "here is a seat from one of our new 07's and we will just order ourselves another one so you won't have to wait". I was floored! I was expecting them to take the seat, send it to Triumph for warranty approval and leave me seatless for the next couple of weeks, but nope, they totally addressed the problem without question.total time in Dealership,5 Minutes.

Wish I lived in Ottawa. Great to hear it - that's what service is supposed to be about.
