Just looked under the carbs today while installing the allen head carb screws and noticed that the idle mixture screws are not a standard screwdriver.. do i need a special tool?

Is anyone running Togas with stock airbox? If so, what size jets are you using?

It's called a "D" tool...Newbonneville.com sells em and probably other vendors. You can make one for temp use by using a piece of small copper tubing and shaping it with pliers, or you can make a more permanent one with a few hand tools and patience. Mine doesn't take a "D" tool--too old--but if it did, I would probably just order one and spend my time riding. :-D

One guy said he just flattened the side of an M-16 cartridge (.223 Remington= 5.56 Nato) to make his "D" tool.

D Tool or alternativley Thumb Screws

I used a D Tool to get mine out and replaced 'em with the thumb screws.

I also used the thumbscrews. They're nice for making adjustments on the fly...
