I have seen posts mentioning 1100 and 1200cc BB kits and have been wondering. Then I saw trims post mentioning that Wisco was working on one. Whats the poop on this??? Speculated price? ETA? Is it a stroker as well????

Thanks!

Well, Wiseco has worked with BonnevillePerfomance on this but I think you can only buy the parts from BP at the moment. The 1200 is a stroker version, both need billet cylinders and machined crankcases. BP also sells my billet cylinders.

You can order a kit right now. More info here http://forums.delphiforums.com/aceca...ges?msg=1546.1

Thanks man, thats the info I was after. Didn't see what Bill was selling your jugs for???? They are sleeved already for that kit??? or not. Trying to get a bottom line $ figure. Not placing an order tomorrow or anything but I was having this discussion with a Thrux riding bud and we just didn't know the answers.

Once again, thanks!!!!!!

You will have to ask Bill but in EU they are US$500 from me. The sleeves comes with the kit, the cylinders are made to work with any sleeves from 904cc to 1200cc so they need to be machined for the sleeves you are using. Bill can do it for you but it's extra.
Nothing cheap about having a 1200cc Bonnie, but it's cool :-D

I'm quoting Bill here:

Quote:
"The BP Custom 1100cc and 1200cc Piston Kits are in shipment to me from WISECO--I should have these available for those who want the kits on Friday.

1100cc Piston Kit 585.00 with Sleeves - 885.00

1200cc Piston Kit 585.00 with Sleeves - 885.00

Gasket Kits have not arrived yet but are also due this week - 82.00

Case boring 250.00

I will have crank balancing costs soon--in order to balance your crank I will need the crank, pistons, rotor and rods.

Balancing - to be announced- range - 300.00-450.00"
So, including a $500 billet cylinder, and a set of Carillo rods you're looking at around $3500 +/- 500 in parts alone, plus the cost of a complete engine teardown/rebuild...

Not cheap, but like Jojje says, definitely cool.

vertwrks, I am fitting a 1100 kit on my bike in about three weeks, although the top end (Carbs, head is standard) I'll post a dyno result as soon as I can
