No sure the best way to describe this. Sometimes when shutting off my T100 I get a noise that sounds like a starter spinning after the motor shuts down. Does not happen all the time. Anyone else experience similar situation. I always use the toggle switch on grip to shut down the motor.

Thats what it sounds like on mine when I turn off the engine with the kill switch. I usually don't do that but use the key instead.

I get the same sound on cold days when she runs for 4 or 5 seconds and cuts out when trying to get her started. Not every time, just on occasion, but only when it stalls out. Nothing to worry about. Don't think it has much to do with method of shutting off? Maybe try using the key. Might make a difference. I use the key, many others use the "kill switch" as you described. Happens to everyone.

I get that sound as well - probably 30% of the time I shut the machine down. I just attributed it to whatever starting mechanism is used, as if the starter spins a bit. It' s has never worried me.
