My changes to my '06 Bonneville have been minor in actual effort involved but I really enjoy the changes....

Here it is with it's new corbin smuggler seat......despite my best efforts of giving extremely detailed instructions to the painter as far as size of the stripes etc.....they are a little too wide. But thats just me being extremely picky

Oh and the Tangerine is off by about two shades (darker)...I guess the only way sure fire way to prevent that would be to have both the tank and seat painted at the same time...

And here are the formotion gauges with the P mounts....could never get the supplied tab mounts to work....so I spent another $40 on the P mounts......my setup for those two gauges is silly expensive but I like them

I think it looks great. I wouldn't worry about the color or length. I know how you feel, I'm very particular.

Hey Grisby - I have a formotion thermometer but it hasn't gone above 60F for over two weeks.

Do you think something is wrong with the instrument???

Hi

Does the Formotion gauges glow in the dark to easily read while riding at night?

The clock has luminesence on the hands the thermometer does not......but it is not a strong enough luminesence to really see at night. I wish they were lighted.

But they are high quality pieces and actually worth the money......they aren't swiss watch quality but probably better than the price would indicate. Keep in mind though with the P mounts direct from the formotion website I have $160 in those gauges........no i did not tell the wife how much those cost.

**edit** also wanted to mention that once moving the temp on the thermometer is actually pretty accurate....whithin a degree or two.
