Has any body had problems with the oil seal leaking = oil in the air box. After checking up I found that this seal is the cause of oil "passing" through into the air box = messing up the air filter.

Thank God its Friday again :-g :-g :-g :-g :-g

My 2001 Bonny had that problem. There is a seal that fixes it. It's at the end of the crank on the left side of the motor. Remove left case...Remember to disconect breather tube. Seal comes with plastic tube which goes on shaft. Easy fix mine still is good.

No extra tricks. I tried to take my side cover off befor realizing that the breather tube needs to be disconnected I had a lot of oil getting into the air box which clogged my air filter. I had to show the dealer on his microfish what part I needed. Make sure you replace the plastic piece that goes over the shaft.

An 2002 shouldn't have a plastic tube, they changed the centrifugal part some time 2001-2002. If it's black it's new, I think the older ones where white?
