dunlop d607 on scrambler? anyone try? exp? photo's?
oh yeah plus 1(million) on the sub forum for new scramblers!

soooo i guess that is a no? something wrong w/ dunlop?
well my choices are Dun D607, Avon AM44, or Metz Tourance. I want decent mileage decent performance and a great price. Anyone got an opinion?

I've run plenty of Dunrocks on my dirtbikes with good results. But after dealing with the 220's that came stock on my SV I think I'm going to be hard pressed to ever run them on the street again. They were a very hard compound, I'm most likely going to drop the extra money and go with Michelins when I replace the ones on my Scrambler.

I put a TKC on the front of my scrambler today.

Any ***** will do on the rear - the rear follows the front ... eventually.

I went with the tourances and I'm very happy with them. the bike handles much better and doesn't sound like a pickup with 36" mudders going down the road.

just got back from the dealer
here are my choices=price/pair(f & r)
Dunlop d607=292$
Metz tourance =339$
Mich Anakee =310$
&
Avon Distanzia=246$
for 46$ I ordered the Avon-they had none of above in stock I have 2900 miles on bridgestone Trailwing(stock) just over legal. If I don't like the Avon I will try the D607 next-check back in 3-5 months
