I have an 06 Bonnie black with Staintune silencers. Bike is totally stock besides that. I have a pop on decel. I also had that pop with the stock silencers on now its just louder. Do I rejet? Take out the ai? Do I need a k&n filter? Any suggestions would help. I'm happy with the performance just want the decel to be smooth.

I have the same set-up and she pops like CRAZY. Only problem is... I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. :-D

Chances are you are running a bit lean (like me) and richening it up a bit should help (going up a size or two with mains and pilots). Removing the AI should also help. You don't need to put pods on unless you're looking for more HP.

Trade-off will be decreased MPG.

Check out the wiki page for info on carb tuning.

Welcome aboard btw!

Yes, yes and yes. Also pull the snorkel from your airbox.

You'll loose the popping, see what you're missing and be even happier with the performance IMO.
