From the forums, they seem to be the only place that offers a discount on Triumph items & the Free Friday Shipping is a plus. What has been the consensus of those who have purchased there? Communication? Promptness? Etc. Etc...

excellent! Best prices I could find w/ free shipping on fridays. Can't beat it, unless RAMP is having a 50% off sale again!

I've bought two items from them and both arrived within about 1 1/2 weeks. No shipping charges because purchase was on a Friday (I suggest you point out that purchase was on a Friday in the "notes" section of the purchase form because one purchase did not seem to be processed the Friday I entered it). The shipping charges appear on your invoices, but do not show up on your credit charges. Overall, good experience.

I've never had any dealings with them but I've been to their website and they have good prices - 20% discount on Triumph clothing & accessories. I also read good things about them here. All of my business so far has gone to sponsors of TriumphRat, including BellaCorse and Motorcycle GearShops. I try to support the folks who keep our little community here alive and well.

Thumbs up, average time on shipping, but good prices, good product, well packaged. Happy Customer.

I saved $20 by ordering a set of classic tank badges. Plus, the company said the item was is stock, and all Friday orders have no shipping charges. Sooooo, 3 weeks later the order finally arrived in the mail. They did not have them in stock in the first place, because what they say they meant is that Triumph has them in stock. MADSS first had to order the item from Triumph before sending it to me, a month later. Well, for an additional $20 I could have had my local dealership put in an order, and 3 days later it would have arrived. I would prefer to have paid $20 more and got what I wanted a lot sooner.

Same experience on my recent purchase of a king/queen seat.

I've ordered from them 3 times. Got all my stuff as advertised within a couple weeks of when I ordered. Hope they stick around. Wish they would order all parts, I think what you see on the web is what you get.

Wonder why Coweta dumped Triumph?

Found out about both places on this site, thanks. Lots of info on this site, a plus for Triumph brand and us.
