I am replacing a crankshaft in my 73 Bonnie. I have split the cases, the left side came off no problem but I can not get the crank to come out of the right side case, the crank and bearing are still firmly attached, is there some trick or technique that I should use to remove the crank. I made a wooden stand to set the case on and then tapped the crank end with rubber mallet with no success, I'm reluctant to use to much force and damage the case. I would appreciate any info anyone could share, thanks.
