She wouldn't feel a thing....Ladies and Gentlemen, the first 2001+ Bonnie in history to go under the gas!

on the operating table

almost done!

the "GO-BABY-GO" button

It's an adjustable kit 18-45hp, I am going to run the 18hp setting until I get the BB, then I will bump it up to 35. Before some people start with the dangers of NOS, I have prior experience using it, not on a bike though, it is safe as long as you use it sensibly. Please don't flame me, just enjoy the pics and appreciate that someone has brought the Bonneville to the next level!

I haven't finished plumbing yet, things are a tight fit in the engine bay. I still have to change the clutch springs to the Barnett green springs, I just wanted to give some teaser pics!
BTW:

Now that's nothing to "laughing gas" about! ........... I know that was bad, but hey someone had to say it. Should be cool to ride, wait until something thinks it just a slow old bike....... Good Job!

Dood...that is awesome. A detailed explanation of exactly what is required for the install would be much appreciated :-)

I run a progressive 200 shot in my truck. I go thru alot of bottles (remote opener wot switch). With proper dyno tuning that would be sweet. Make sure to double up that one lever with a safety switch as in a micro switch between the carbs to activate the manual button when under WOT. You can get smaller jets for that kit. They sell them for go-peds that fit standard nozzles starting at 1hp. That way you don't need a fuel pump to get a wet shot or make the jetting to rich. A nice 15 hp dry shot whould be nice or a 40hp wet shot. For the upper limits of a stock engine. I think the turbo guy's run 120hp. So you could add up what you got to look nos safe limits

Too bad they don't make NOS brakes.

Thanks for the complements! It's a #03012-OZ-PNOS kit with unpolished bottles. I didn't like the "bling" of the polished system.

It's a fogger wet kit and supplies everything from the micro switch down to the in-line fuses. I did have to get a pingel dual tap petcock and a less bulky arm switch, so it would fit below the speedo. Space is very limited now with the electric fuel pump in the bay.

I have to tackle the clutch springs next!

After I go on a shake-down run I will probably up to the 25hp jets and get over to the dyno to put down some 95hp numbers.

Whats the projected bottle life before refill? Will you have to get a smaller rim/tire to avoid contact in your now all too common extreme braking situations? :???:
