I put some new turn signals on my bike today and when I connected the last signal, all signals flashed at the same time. With the two fronts and the left rear connected, only one side would flash, but as soon as I connected the right rear, all would flash at the same time. Any help?
Thanks,
Mike

You either have a bad flasher unit or the wrong one. Did the kit come with a new flasher? Is the kit designed for a 2 way or a 3 way flasher? What are you using for ground path?
More information please.

your wires to the signals are wired opposite of what they should be. You probably connected black to black, and b/w to b/w...right?
Do it the opposite way and it'll work. I don't recall the reason, but that's what mine did.

Try checking the wiring to the RR light as the problem only occurs when it is in the circuit. Reversing the wires to that light would cause a problem like this.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll try it out.

I had the same problem, turns out the neg of the new lights was the whole light assembly itself.
When I connected both front ones up all 4 would flash on a signal. I insulated the mounting post and mounting bracket with electrical tape and it solved the problem, the same thing my be happening to you.

I went with sweatmachine's solution of just reversing the wires on each signal. Worked like a charm.
Gotta love this forum.
Thanks again,
Mike
