There seems to be a lot of people talking about inferior parts on the bonne and bad they suck blah blah blah. The bike is ***** rad. All I have done is put on new bars and mirrors and it rides like a champ ( all personal pref). I love it. I like the way it looks and the way it handles. If I wanted more HP or better handling I would've bought a Speed Triple. But I didn't. I bought a bonneville because they are rad.

Thats not to say that suping up the bike is a bad idea but the idea that this thing should be a rocket right out of the box and handle like an R1 is......well just not going to happen

Bottom line...if you want a sport bike...buy one....if you want to look like you cruised out of 1960 then buy a bonne.

2 thumbs up at stoplights and a raised pint when I drove past the bar, all in a 20 minute period this evening, says that Bonnie is one bad bike.
