Just tring to figure out how long it should take some body who knows what there doing to tear down the bike down install the BB kit and put it back together.

6 -7 hours ? or more.

I got quoted 7 hours so around 500.00 for total time.

I'm doing mine right now, I would think a pro could get it done in under 10 hours.

It took me about 3 hours to tear it down, the new rings were a real pain in the ass to install, but if I had to do it again having already done it once, it wouldn't be so bad. My head will be here Thursday so I'll finish it up Thurs/Fri night, maybe into Saturday AM.
