of having my Bonnie back...I have been missing my ole' trusty Bonnie for a month now...Shop says it will be ready next week. So I came home...gave my head a fresh buzz, shaved, took a shower (too much information?), started the fire place...sat down in my favorite chair...opened a tall Guinness...pssstttsissss, ahh the widget!! Grabbed the remote for the theater surround and played Drop Kick Murphy's until I fell asleep and dreamt of riding. Pulling out of my driveway and down to Halsey, heading east through Troutdale, then through Corbett up to Old Historic Highway, to Crown Pointe, down to Multnomah Falls...onto I-84...out to Hood River, back through Hood River and the orchards on Highway 35, up Mt. Hood...stop for lunch at Calamity Janes for a burger...Hwy 26 into Gresham, to 181st...then home.
Ok...So I didn't really fall asleep and "dream" all that...but I have been waiting for Summer for what seems like a very, very long time...and as soon as we get rid of some of this moisture...hit 80 degrees and Sunny...This trip will become a reality...until then, there are two more Guinness left and the Pizza delivery guy should be here in about 5 minutes...I guess that will have to do until I get her back!! Now I'll put on some CASH...

I know what you mean. It was 36 degrees this morning when I left for work (a 24 mile ride). I was chilly, despite my best efforts with gear...but it was worth it. The temp warmed up to 50 by quitting time. I took the long way home...
Besides, I go to the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show tomorrow in Atlanta. We have a pass to the Ducati Hospitality Room and are promised motorbike swag. I'm really looking forward to it...a Winter respite.

How about the dealership opens in 8.5 hours and I will be waiting at the door to pick up my brand new T100 which just came in!? Cheers to me!
