I ride a 2003 T-100 equipped with Ikon progressive springs up front & Icon shocks at rear. The bike has been lowered 1 inch. I ride solo at around 170 lbs.
New Orleans streets are worse than usual.
Any suggestions for setting the rear shocks for a comfortable ride?

Depends which Ikons you are using. I have these.

Say Max...good to hear from you. I use the Ikon 7614s in the rear, but I went the other way. I got the longer shock length (ala Thruxton). On mine I have the rebound damping set at 2 and about 5/8" showing below the preload collars. This produces a firm, but really well controlled ride. I weigh about 235.

Are you getting geared up for the JazzFest? I'm thinking I'll be there for the second weekend. I was pretty knocked out by the schedule, but will probably hit the same old shows...Marcia Ball, Marc Broussard, Buckwheat Zydeco, Koko Robicheaux etc. Sure will be nice to move down for good. Only 10 more months...
