Just looking through the Torque mag page 4 about Renewal News. Do we have to renew like we did last year?
I tried following the procedures and looked under "join RAT or renew" but it wouldn't let me get past the first screen with a statement to the effect that my login already exists and to choose another. What am I doing wrong? I just want to renew my current membership if required.

Shorty, It seems like I had to delete my current bike selection and re-enter it as a new selection and it went through fine.

I wound up just signing up again, and if I get duplicates of the next issue, E-bay here I come!

I just renewed my membership after some frustrating attempts at the triumph web site.I coudn't do it with my mozilla browser but was successful with Internet explorer.
Couldn't add my 1970 Bonnie since it doesn't have a 17 digit VIN number.

Anand.

Triumph has to be the most internet illiterate company of its size I have ever seen. Will someone there please hire me?

Apparently they don't test before deploying.

Same issue here. I deleted the present entry and submitted.
It then remembers the entry you have already deleted and allows you to move on. Nice job guys.

At least they provided some form of security this time.

Must be something to do with your high speed internet connection. :-D On my slow ol' dial-up connection, I had no problem renewing other than waiting for everything to load. :-D
