I know about the differences in terms of look, but...

Are the NH and LSL rearests located in the same spot or are the LSL more aggressive? (Do the LSL provide more ground clearance, more discomfort?)

I'm 6'3'' tall btw, have the Superbars and love them. I'm wondering if I will have to go with lower bars though once the rearsets installed.

For the handlebars, yes... Will see how it feels with the Superbars in a first time... But for the rearsets? Any difference in the offset between the two?

I'm told that the Norman Hydes are the least aggressive and lower. The higher LSL and Raasks will easily tax your 36" inseam that you spoke of in the thread about saddles. On the other hand, maybe that Norman Hyde solo saddle looks pretty tall. That combined with rear-sets of your choosing might do it.....

I think you should be pretty well armed to make a move given all the advise folks have offered over the last couple weeks. On the other hand, it sounds like you ought bite the bullet, sell your Bonneville, and buy a Thruxton. The Thrux' is the boy racer bike; Bonnies are for those of us who are satisfied to work with the limitations with which we've been served.

I'm pretty well armed, I reckon. I won't bother anyone anymore on the rearsets/handlebars/saddles issue.
Concerning the Thruxton v my Bonnie... My Bonnie carries so many nice modifications on it (it's basically the 904cc GT TRIUMPH BONNEVILLE from Bonneville Performance but without the alloy wheels) that it's not worth IMO selling it for a stock Thruxton.

Well I'm 6'2" and had both Hyde, LSL if like doing some long days in the saddle you won't like the rear sets.. I'm happy with the stock set up with M bars.. I also have a Thruxton and the stock rear sets are more comfortable then the Hyde, LSL on a bonnie.. You can get alloy foot pegs to pick up some more ground clearance for the bonnie. I think New Bonneville sells them...

Yep! That's them, I have a set but have not put them on yet. It look like they will give some extra ground clearance.. $54 bucks is cheaper then rear sets.. It looks like a 1/2 to 1 inch by just holding the new peg next to the stock peg..

Which color and type did you get? Do you know the difference between the Studded and Racing pegs? I like the pegs pictured on the New Bonneville site. I'm not sure they would really match the style of the bike though.

Black, studded.. LSL really don't match either, Hyde's look the part but did not like how they were set up.. LSL are made better.
