had trouble with the controls at first because the bars have dimples in them, but once I worked thru that, the bars are nice. they use the stock cables and all, and move your hands closer together and perhaps just a tad higher than stock. I like the position, now my arms are straight out from my shoulders but not stretched out, if you know what I mean

Geoff, I am going to change to these bars, dont believe there is a supplier in Assie land, so I guess I will be getting posted from the US. Very expensive I think.

Motolink,

Contact Deus Ex Machina in Campersdown, NSW. They are my distributor for Oz.

because the dimple in the bar is right where the the controls cinch down, it sometimes makes the throttle stiff. If you get it in just the right position, it'll work, but in my case, I wanted the master to remain level, and I could not get it to work. I used epoxy putty to fill the dimple and restore the round profile of the bar, only on the throttle side.
The epoxy is under the handle, so you dont see it

Go to a Harley dealer and look at the Sportsters.
The Sportsters use 1 inch bars and will fit the New Bonnies.
Pick a pair that you like and order them.
I just got a pair of sportster bars from my local Harley dealer for $51.00, no tax and no shipping charges.
You can see how they look on a bike and they're less costly.
