Heres the lift I just bought from Ebay, seller has their wharehouse in Port Adelaide, cost $99 AUS and I collected it, works great, even has a safety lever so it wont collapse.

Sorry about the quality of the pics, taken with the mobile phone.
The long handle is so you can move it, it is foot operated and the jack is rated at 3 tonnes, the lift has a max of 1100lbs. There are also 2 screws so you can lift the back set of wheels off the ground so it will stay in one place.

Dave

I purchased the motorcycle jack from Sears for 75.00 US dollars--usually they are around 125.00 but had a good sale.

Just bought the exact same from Pep boys for 49.99!
you have to pay 69, then get a 20 dollar rebate from the manufacturer.
it is heavy, tho. when I took it out of the trunk of my car, I pulled a tendon in my leg and havent been able to walk since
ps- rated at 1500 lbs, this one, called Big Red G

This one came from Sears also, I paid $150- for it but the extra money was well spent. The handle is removable, it comes with taller drop in lift plates for dirt bikes (or any bike with higher ground clearance), tie down straps, and the release will allow you to lower the bike extremely slow if you like.

I also like the design better, the jack is entirely out of the way when working on the bike, and there is plenty of room for an oil drip pan between the frame members when changing oil, taking the filter off etc..
