Alright guys, maybe someone out there can help.

I have a standard 790cc engine with TORs. The dealer installed the pipes and changed the main jet (I don't know the size). After the installation, the bike ran and sounded sooooooo much better. Lately, however, I have noticed a bit of rough engine vibration, say top gear roll-on from 65mph - 75mph. It comes on with 1/3 - 3/4 throttle.

I took it back to the dealer to get it sorted out. They turned some screws and took one shim out of the needles. They ordered different size mains 4 weeks ago (yeah, 4 weeks). Nevertheless, the bike still runs rough. There seems to be a slight drop in midrange HP. It builds revs a tad slower as well.

Maybe the new main jets (if they ever come in) will make a difference. I don't think the shim should have been removed. I also think that the mechanic should ride the bike to diagnose the problem. I am starting to worry that I am going to have to dig into the carbs myself to try to remedy the problem.

I am even considering the airbox removal kit - mostly because it will come with all of the appropriate jets for my setup. The dealer mentioned that the NARK would void the warranty. Is this true?

Anyway, if anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

I'd look for something like a dirty air filter, or a loose wire or something out of whack. If you say it ran well, but then performance degraded over time, the basic set up would seem to be ok
