@ Daytona, Fla.....
Who is gonna be there?
I'm actually coming in a little early, and hopefully will be semi functional on the 15th(Sun), and will be around town until the 21st(Sat) when I'll be heading home.
So if anyone has any ideas for meetings, coffee runs, dinner rides....lunch rides, etc....anytime during the week....post 'em up!!!!!

Cool, got ShyGuy coming up fro S.Fla., maybe Sunday the 15th......
The Triumph dealership might be a good spot to meet around lunch time......there's gotta be somewhere to eat lunch over in Rossmeyer's complex...or just coffee....

Why not just do this, since there are a lot of guys in Florida, within riding distance, but that will be working during the week.....

Love to, but it's a LOOOONG ride. The first 2K are very wet, too.
I got to Daytona for Bike Week several times back in the 80s and 90s. I attended the 50th anniversary, and it was HUGE! Just great time. Gotta do a Biketoberfest, I'm guessing the weather is probably better.

Haaahhaaaaa....yeah....might need some water wings for that first 2K miles....
We've had real good luck with Daytona weather in October, highs usually in the mid 80's, lows in the upper 50's. Occassional afternoon or evening rain shower....
Worst seaso was last year, as 3 hurricanes had hit Daytona, and our resort had only gotten the AC units replaced and operational 2 days before we showed up....bunches of small restaurants still closed, clean-up everywhere.....but we still had fun.
'01 and '03 were wet rides down, it rained from the time I left the house, till I pulled up in the parking lot......normally an 8 hour ride, turned into 12 hours of hell both times....but no more rain either year....so all was good.
If you ever get a chance, come on over, Biketoberfest is growing every year....

Lets plan a meet and greet ride from the new Triumph dealer. I'm open for any time and date during Biketoberfest. Also, is there going to be any big name rock bands performing? Blue Oyster Cult and Foghat were awsome last year.
