Hey,

New Bonnie owner and having some electrical issues. Had a Boyer Micro MKIII installed, ran good at first, next had the sputters then no start. Upon tinkering I determined I had spark only in one cylinder (thought it was the coil). I found a short in the harness upon removing the battery (wire shorting was the negative off the battery). I corrected the short, installed new coils and now no spark. Shouldn't I have power from the Boyer box with key/ignition on... because I don't. Any help would be appreciated!

Firstly you won't get much of a response here because its new Bonnie. Classic Vintage and Veteran is where you need to post stuff like this.
But, secondly you will get some and for what it's worth here is mine.
You should have power at the Boyer box with the key on. Check fuses and connections.
The coils are in series, if one doesn't work the oyher won't either.
If you have spark only on one pot then it's either the lead or the plug. Swap over leads/plugs one at a time.
