How long, usually, does it take Triumph to get around to sending this out?
My dealer has suggested I just sign it, and bring it to him to fill out.........ummmmm hmmmmmm.

When I bought mine last year the survey rolled in about 2-3 weeks later.

Now when I went for warranty work earlier last month the survey rolled in about 4 wks later.

Took over a year to get mine. Started up my fireplace with it. Why should I spend my time giving free marketing info to a company that won't let me contact them with problems ?

Took about 2 months to recieve mine. The dealer gave me a 100.00 credit to use at the dealership for filling it out. They also said they will do the same for service surveys.

I bought mine in March, still haven't seen it, or my RAT membership. I've contacted Triumph on a couple of occaisions and they've not bothered to call me back on anything. As of now, I've got a shifting problem, but it's of no use to call Triumph. Of the many new motorcycles I've owned, this is the worst company I've dealt with.

Maybe it's because Triumph sales are doing so good that they feel that their customer service can lack.

All I know is they make quality bikes for the price and the dealerships in this area are top notch. Granted, Triumph needs to take better care of the people that are supporting them by sales.

I hope you are all writing to the Triumph management about your poor service.
