Anyone else in the Dallas area gotten a ticket for crossing the double white HOV lane too early?

Any recommendations on how I can get outta this one?

Its 300 bucks, so if you cross those double white lines regularly, you may want to think twice.

Well, it's pretty clear you don't cross a double white stripe. About all I can think of is maintain you were avoiding a road hazard, or having a mechanical and had to leave the roadway.

Or set the case and hope the officer fails to show.

Better, ask the court for defensive driving maintaining you believe driver education is beneficial, then go have an advanced rider course.
