choprocker, you can drill holes through each wall that seperates each chamber using a hole saw and some extentions. the final exit hole is still going to be the same diameter. seeing the original ones i wouldn,t even attempt to make them work better. sound waves travel in straight lines. slowing them down and making them turn corners results in frequency and amplitude changes resulting in a quieter exhaust note. all too scientific for me to understand beyond the little bit i mentioned here.
