I am thinking of trying them also.
I am looking for something with less inward bend, and/or slightly wider then stock. My left wrist often starts bothering me after a short time sometimes, other times I dont notice it...
I tried the bar raisers, they look ugly and did not help at all...

I might get the real wide western bars and cut them shorter,
I cut about 2 inches off the ones on my Daytona and love them.

Brett,

I'll have some new bars shortly. 1" higher than stock/Western bars but with more pullback. As soon as they arrive, I'll post something with a pic.

Mike

I've got western bars. They are a real imporvement. Look cool too. help my bad back a lot. You have to get the extra long cable / brake line pack to go with them as the stock stuff it too short. Worth every penny / dime!

There are two types of "Western" bars. Bellacorse's Western bars are compatible with stock cables. NewBonnieville sells Norman Hyde Western bars and they require longer cables. I have the Bellacorse Western bars and really like them. I tried the M bars, and although I thought they looked great, I needed a little more height and pullback, so I switched the the BC Westerns. The BC Western bars are similar to the OEM bars in ergonomics but are much more flowing and attractive. RaceDweeb can correct me on this if I'm wrong, but I've been under the impression that the BC Western bars are an HD Sportster product.

Are the Bella Corse western bars the same height as the stock bars? How about the pullback?
Also, do they less of an inward bend?
I'm looking for something that is similar to the stock bars in height but with less of the inward bend that causes a pain in my wrists. More pullback would be nice to give me less of a forward lean.

Thanks

Yeah - I had the Norman Hydes. About 35 inches end to end. Brilliant!
