Help!
My RH carb (2002 Boony)was running rich with the screw all the way in (40 pilot jet-now called a 42 I believe) despite a Unifilter and TORs. Taking the mixture screw out, half the rubbur O ring fell out and some minute rubber particles. There was no metal washer, so I imagine someone graunched the spring into the rubber.
I contacted my local Kawasaki Dealer- no dice. Steve Collins doesn't have any. Does anyone have a couple of O rings to spare or point me somewhere? I will send a crisp $10 bill to anyone who can fix me up.. Problem is dealers don't want to special order 50 cent O rings.
I went to the Kaihin website but could find nothing on our carbs whatsoever.Bellacorse don't stock OEM stuff.
PROBLEM2.
My LH carb has the correct O ring (worn maybe) and washer, but I have to screw it all the way in for the best idle speed, plus a plug examination shows the mixture actually looks pretty good.Could this be a float level issue??
DINQUA are you out there lurking??
Thanks
Stu

I had the same thing happen to me on my motocross bike, I borrowed a o ring and went to a hydraulic hose store and bingo they had a a whole range of exactly what I needed.
